Cancelation Policy: :A full refund will be given if you cancel 30 days or more before reservation date. If cancellation is within 30 days of resrevation you wil be refunded if and when the room refills.
**We can't foresee every possibility or unseen circumstance. Our cabin is in a beautiful mountain town, and occasionally does experience snowstorms or wildfires/smoke from wildfires in the area. No weather related refunds will be issued and we advise all our guests to get travel insurance as a precaution. There are many ways to get here. If there is a pass closed due to wildfire or snowstorms we expect you to be able to arrive a different route.
Pet Policy:There is a $35 per room charge that is non-refundable. ; Pets must be leashed at all times. ; Pets are NEVER to be left unattended in the rooms or cabins--NO EXCEPTIONS. ; Guest must clean up after their pet on the resort property.
Privacy Policy:We will not sell or share your personal information with any third party.
Damages:Guests are responsible for any and all damages that ;they ;may have made beyond normal wear during your stay and are responsible for full cost of replacement or repair of damaged items. ; Guest agree to pay for any excessive cleaning charges that ;occurred ;during their stay.
Smoking:Smoking is not allowed in any cabin or in the warming hut at ;Wolfridge. ; All cigarette/cigar butts and wrappers must be properly discarded.
Waiver of Liability for Use of Pool and Hot Tub:Swimming can present risk of serious injury or death. ; By making this reservation you and all members of your party accept the code for entry to the pool enclosureand agree to the following statements. I and all members of my party ;agree to accept this risk and abide by all posted rules.I understand that the nearest emergency services are at least 46 miles away.I also agree not to grant access to the pool to anyone other than members of my party.All minors under the age of 12 shall be accompanied by an adult member of my party and I agree to assume responsibility for all harm said minor may incur from use of the pool and premises.I agree to assume all risks associated with my use, and the use of all members of my party, of the pool and its premises and hold harmless MVC LLC, K2JM LLC, Wolf Ridge Resort, Wolf Creek Cabins and all members of the ;Wolfridge ;Resort HOA and associates of the previously mentioned parties from any and all liability claims or demands which may arise from these risks and hazards while I am/we are using these facilities.If you have any questions about our policies, please contact us. ; Thank you!
